  • Charlotte Pipe products are designed to work together seamlessly.


  • We're the only manufacturer that offers a complete system of cast iron, PVC, CPVC, ABS and FlowGuard Gold® pipe and fittings for residential and commercial plumbing systems and industrial applications.


  • We're the only company that manufactures plastic pipe and fittings to the middle of the spec range as defined by ASTM for a tight, reliable fit every time. We call it the TrueFit® System.


  • We're constantly focusing on process improvement to serve you better. We've invested millions in improving manufacturing efficiency, productivity and capacity. Continuous investment in the latest casting technology has made our foundry one of the most modern in the world.


  • We manufacture a full line of Service, Extra-Heavy, and No-Hub cast iron soil pipe and fittings from 1½" to 15", and double-hub pipe from 2"-6".


  • All of our products are made in the U.S.A. Our products meet or exceed all applicable ASTM and CISPI standards. Our rigorous quality testing and ongoing process improvements have helped us achieve ISO 9000 certification, an internationally recognized standard in quality assurance.


  • Because we manufacture for inventory, not for orders, we are able to ship your orders complete and in a timely manner.


  • Charlotte Pipe meets or exceeds all federal, state and local environmental regulations and standards. Since 1988, we have spent approximately $30 million on environmental improvement projects. We recently received the "Blue Thumb" award from our local water authority for our water conservation efforts.


  • Investments in the latest tooling and machinery make it possible for us to meet increasing demand for our products and to produce the highest quality pipe and fittings in the industry.


  • Productivity continues to increase and lead times continue to shorten thanks to ongoing process improvements and equipment.


  • We are able to streamline shipments by top loading plastic pipe on cast iron, which means one phone call gets you one truckload, from one supplier, when you want it.


  • Computers and technicians constantly monitor production with online and in-lab QC tests. All our pipe and fittings are checked for dimensional accuracy and chemical composition, as well as hydrostatic burst, crush, and impact strength.


  • Our information systems, powered by SAP software, give plant managers and customer service teams important information, including real-time inventory balances. Order entry information is linked with inventory management and production scheduling.


  • Our customer accounts are handled by teams instead of a single service rep. This system provides customers with information on shipments quickly and easily.
